Job Summary
Associate - Guest Services - Receiving in a retail setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, educating customers on products, assisting with merchandising and operations, maintaining stock and presentation, cross-training across departments, operating the POS, and contributing to floral and home décor displays. Requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
