Job Summary
Control guest seating in the dining room to assure quality of service and maximize sales opportunities while creating a positive first impression for guests on the phone and in person. Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed and communicate suggestions for improvement positively. Report potentially unsafe conditions and follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook and know emergency procedures.
