Job Summary
Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests or complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Control seating in the dining room to assure service quality, maximize sales, and ensure positive first impressions. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed while maintaining knowledge of all standards and procedures. Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and know emergency procedures. Maintain uniform requirements and positive personal hygiene during all shifts. Reports to work on time per the schedule.
