Job Summary
Control seating in the dining room to ensure quality service, maximize sales, and create a positive first impression for guests on the phone and in person. Answer guest inquiries, handle requests and complaints with satisfaction as the priority, and exemplify hospitality standards. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed while maintaining knowledge of all standards and procedures. Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and know emergency procedures. Reports to work on time as indicated on the schedule, maintains a proper uniform, and practices positive personal hygiene.
