Job Summary
Guest Services position at Nelson Sports Complex in Rolling Meadows, IL, handling in-person, phone, and email customer service, registration tasks using Civic Rec, issuing and processing passes, managing class lists and attendance, refunds, and daily office cash handling; requires strong communication, multitasking, math, and computer skills, with occasional evening/weekend availability. Join a part-time schedule averaging 10–19 hours per week and support planning for the annual Ice Show, while benefiting from district programs and an employee facility membership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from high school with at least two (2) years of front-line guest services experience required
- strong people and customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public
- computer and keyboard skills required
- ability to multitask as well as good math skills and the ability to follow through on detailed work
- must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends based on program schedules
