Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating with housekeeping, training employees, and implementing policies to improve guest experiences; monitor bookings; manage check-in/check-out; ensure guest needs are met professionally; prepare logs, reports, and communications for department leaders; coach associates and leadership; and contribute to budget processes to meet forecasted labor and expenses.
