Job Summary
Oversee and optimize guest experience at Sunset Key Cottages by managing guest services operations, front desk, concierge and bell staff; develop and implement SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent service aligned with brand standards; lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of associates; monitor guest satisfaction and apply action plans to address deficiencies; collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and high-quality hospitality; handle guest issues promptly and maintain professional service standards, while promoting a positive, customer-centric culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.
