Job Summary
Oversee daily guest-facing operations for a vacation rental company, leading guest services to ensure a positive experience across touchpoints. Use Streamline effectively, manage service standards, respond to guest inquiries and concerns, and train coach and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service. Monitor service performance, implement improvements, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, ensure policies are followed, and support onboarding and ongoing development of guest services staff. Responsibilities include payment of taxes, payout of owners statements, vendor payments, and other Streamline accounting functions. Proficiency with Microsoft, Streamline, OTAs, and service-related systems is required for delivering service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Streamline Experience required
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and team collaboration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Streamline, OTAs and service-related systems.
