Job Summary
This senior leadership role focuses on overseeing guest services operations in a large-scale remote village, managing a team responsible for accommodation operations, customer service, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include leading the Guest Services team, managing accommodation bookings and high-volume administrative processes, preparing performance reports, driving service excellence standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Suitable candidates will demonstrate management experience in hospitality or accommodation settings, excellent communication skills, flexibility for day/night shifts, and a passion for team development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in accommodation, hospitality or similar environments
- Experience using accommodation management systems (RMS9 highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams
- Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts as required
- Remote or village-based work experience (highly regarded)
- Cash handling experience
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
