Job Summary
The Guest Services Manager will oversee all Guest Service Representatives activities, ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient operations at the front desk, and compliance with brand standards. This role requires effective communication and team leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of previous hotel guest services management preferred
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under stress
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of employees and customers
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/Red Cross first aid certified preferred
