Guest Services Leader

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee store operations to respond to customer needs, maintain quality and a customer-focused culture, and assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. Ideal candidates will bring strong customer service skills, experience in retail operations, proficiency with calculators and computers, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
