Job Summary
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store, delivering excellent customer service, assisting managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, and applying knowledge of store operations and commitment to quality and customer service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment required. Background check required.
