Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise store employees and overall store operations, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a customer-focused culture. The role supports managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, requires knowledge of store operations and PFJ’s commitment to quality, and calls for strong teamwork, adaptability to a flexible schedule (nights, days, weekends, holidays), proficiency with a calculator and computer, and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
