Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general store operations while responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Assist managers with tasks to ensure smooth running, demonstrating proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Maintain a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and knowledge of retail operations and store procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
