Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general operations of the store, delivering excellent customer service and supporting managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, is self-motivated, and able to contribute to a customer-focused culture. Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment, able to work as part of a team, and flexible to a schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.
