Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise store employees and general operations, delivering strong customer service to guests. They assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, possess knowledge of store operations, and uphold PFJ’s commitment to quality and customer service. The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work as part of a team, proficiency with a calculator and computer, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
