Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general store operations, delivering excellent customer service and supporting managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The ideal candidate has knowledge of store operations, strong customer service, and a commitment to PFJ’s quality and service standards. The role requires proficiency with a calculator and computer, the ability to work as part of a team with diverse colleagues, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
