Guest Services Leader

Shift Leaders supervise store operations and staff, delivering strong customer service and supporting managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The role requires excellent customer service skills, comfort working with a calculator and computer, the ability to collaborate with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of contributing to a customer-focused culture, and comfortable with a background check. Experience in retail operations and a commitment to PFJ's quality and service are preferred. The position offers a pay range of $15.70–$23.33 per hour and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, weekly pay, and fuel discounts.
