Job Summary

Shift Leaders supervise employees and general operations of the store, leveraging excellent customer service to respond to guest needs, support managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, and uphold PFJ’s commitment to quality and customer service. The role requires knowledge of store operations, a customer-focused mindset, proficiency with calculators and computers, teamwork across levels, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills
  • Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is required
