Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise store employees and operations, delivering strong customer service to respond to guest needs while assisting managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The role emphasizes knowledge of store operations, a customer-focused culture, teamwork across levels, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Key duties include supervising staff, contributing to PFJ quality, handling cash and POS equipment, and supporting daily store functions to ensure a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
