Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general operations of the store, deliver excellent customer service, and assist managers in tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of store operations and is aligned with PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service. The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays and involves teamwork across multiple levels of staff.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
