Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general store operations, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring facilities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, understands store operations, and supports managers with tasks to uphold PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service. The role requires strong calculator/computer proficiency, teamwork across levels, and availability for a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background checks are required. Weekly pay and a benefits package (medical, dental/vision, 401(k), FSA, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance) are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
