Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise store employees and general operations, delivering excellent customer service and supporting managers in executing tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The role requires knowledge of store operations, a customer-focused culture, and ability to work with diverse team members, vendors, and corporate representatives. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong customer service, be proficient with a calculator/computer, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and fuel discounts are available. Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour.
