Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general store operations while responding to customer needs. Maintain facilities by executing tasks required to keep them running smoothly and ensure quality standards are met. Assist managers with operational duties and utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Schedule includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
