Job Summary
Supervise employees and oversee general store operations while responding to customer needs with excellent service skills. Maintain facilities by assisting managers with tasks required to keep operations running smoothly and ensure quality standards are met. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to support daily functions. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Maintain a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Pilot Company's commitment to fueling people and keeping North America moving across its extensive network of retail and fueling locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
