Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general store operations while responding to customer needs. Maintain facilities by executing tasks to keep them running smoothly and ensuring quality standards. Assist managers with operational tasks and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to support daily functions. Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Pilot Company's commitment to fueling people and keeping North America moving across its extensive network of retail and fueling locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
