Job Summary
Supervise employees and oversee general store operations while responding to customer needs with excellent service skills. Assist managers in executing tasks to maintain facilities and ensure smooth running. Maintain knowledge of store operations and support the company's commitment to quality and customer service. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment required. Background check is required. Flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
