Job Summary
Supervise employees and oversee general store operations while responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Assist managers with executed tasks and ensure smooth running of retail and fueling locations. Maintain a customer-focused culture by interacting with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Proficient with calculators, computers, and other equipment. Work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
