Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general store operations while responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Assist managers with executing tasks to ensure smooth operations and demonstrate knowledge of store procedures and quality commitments. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to support team interactions across hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Work a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires previous retail operations experience and completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
