Job Summary
Supervise employees and general store operations, responding to customer needs while assisting managers with tasks to maintain facilities. Ensure quality standards are met through knowledge of store operations and a customer-focused culture. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to support daily functions. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Maintain a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required. This role supports Pilot Company's mission of fueling people and keeping North America moving across its extensive network of retail and fueling locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
