Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general store operations while responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities running smoothly and ensure adherence to quality and customer service commitments. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to interact effectively with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Work a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays as part of a team. This role supports Pilot Company's mission of fueling people and keeping North America moving across its extensive network of retail and fueling locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
