Job Summary
Supervise employees and general store operations, responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Manage daily tasks to ensure smooth running of the retail and fueling location while supporting managers with executed duties. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to assist hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires previous retail operations experience, excellent customer service skills, and completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
