Job Summary
Supervise employees and general store operations while responding to customer needs and maintaining facility standards. Assist managers with executed tasks, ensuring quality control across retail and fueling locations. Utilize proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment to support daily functions. Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
