Job Summary
Guest Services Inventory Specialist responsible for assisting Guests, Stores and Corporate Office with merchandise issues, processing returns and RTVs, utilizing POS (AS400) systems, researching SKU availability, ensuring SLA adherence with stores, creating shipping labels, coordinating ship-to/store and ship-from-store processes, and supporting various inventory projects while maintaining PCI compliance and strong customer service. The role requires investigating root causes, escalating as needed, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and contribute to Buckle’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
