Job Summary
Motivated Guest Services Intern to support front office with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, including welcoming guests and assisting with luggage, and managing errands. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest areas, assisting the Reception and Concierge teams, responding to guest requests, providing directions and information about the city, and supporting shoeshine and luggage storage services. Requires strong hospitality mindset, attention to detail, and teamwork. Proficiency in Italian and English and a valid driving license are required. The internship is full-time for six months, starting in September 2026, with compensation in accordance with national internship regulations. Opportunities include excellent training and development, and accommodation during the internship.
