Job Summary
Answer guests' questions about the restaurant and handle requests or complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Control seating in the dining room to assure service quality, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure a positive first impression for guests on the phone and in person. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed, while exemplifying hospitality standards, maintaining proper personal hygiene, and following all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Report potentially unsafe conditions and know emergency procedures. Work on time as indicated on the schedule, maintain a uniform, and adhere to E-Verify requirements.
