Job Summary
Greet incoming and departing guests warmly, escorting them to their destination while providing local knowledge on attractions and facilities. Answer incoming calls, manage cash floats, and build relationships with guests, colleagues, and brand partners by anticipating their needs. Ensure guest safety by maintaining knowledge of crisis procedures, uphold personal and professional grooming standards, and foster inter-departmental cooperation to meet KPIs. Adhere to GDPR data protection protocols and demonstrate excellent complaint handling skills in a fast-paced environment. Work shifts including weekends, event days, and bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends, event days and bank holidays
- Good telephone manner
- Demonstrated experience in complaint handling
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene standards
- Ability to maintain professional grooming standards
- Ability to adhere to data protection protocols GDPR
