Guest Services team member provides the initial introduction to Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The role requires exceptional customer service, a pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition. Responsibilities include handling a variety of communication situations and performing administrative tasks, with a professional, personable, and friendly demeanor. Maintain confidentiality/HIPAA at all times and ensure dependable attendance; duties may include guiding visitors/residents, supporting a welcoming environment, and upholding dress code in uniform. Must have high school diploma and sales/customer-service experience; evenings and every-other-weekend shifts are included.
