Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to all guests while managing reservations, confirmations, check-ins, check-outs, and gift certificate transactions through B4T. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services, promotions, and partner venues, then accurately record and update guest information in the system. Promote spa treatments and retail products professionally, while supporting daily operations by completing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other departments. Adhere to all company policies and standards of appearance and conduct, and participate in team meetings to foster a collaborative environment. Requires one year of experience in a spa or hospitality setting, proficiency with booking systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service environment
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and guest relations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and booking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 12 kg
- Comfortable working in a scented, climate-controlled environment
