Job Summary
Welcome every customer with a warm, genuine, and enthusiastic greeting upon arrival to create a memorable first impression. Quickly and accurately register customer information using the company's guest management system while engaging them in friendly conversation. Direct guests to the appropriate Design Consultant or department based on their shopping needs and answer basic questions about the store, services, and amenities. Support the Guest Services team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintain a professional, polished appearance throughout each shift. This on-site retail position requires standing for extended periods and communicating with the public in person.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Naturally energetic, outgoing, and confident when engaging with the public.
- Excellent verbal communication and conversation skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently enter customer information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and customer registration software.
- This is an on site position inside our retail space.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods, ability to be mobile and move about the retail space.
- This position requires communicating with the public in person.
