Job Summary
Greet and guide guests at the Denver-based convention center and Bellco Theatre, providing directions to locations and amenities, answering questions, and maintaining a positive public image. Handle reception desk coverage and guest inquiries, offer solutions to problems, and refer complex issues to the Guest Services Manager or Lead to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires strong communication/interpersonal skills, professional customer service, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college coursework (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, understand, and read English
- Customer service experience
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Availability to work varied schedule including daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays
