Job Summary
As a Guest Services Executive at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, you will play a vital role in meeting and exceeding guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining operational standards to achieve maximum guest comfort, managing room control, providing recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions, handling cashiering duties, monitoring group movements, and attending to guest inquiries and complaints. The position requires a candidate with at least a diploma in a relevant field and strong communication skills, alongside enjoying a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
