Job Summary
Prepare assigned sections by wiping down seats, checking for hazards, and reporting issues to a supervisor. Welcome fans at gate opening with a helpful attitude while scanning event tickets and assisting guests in locating their seats. Monitor assigned areas for safety, manage large crowd foot traffic, and enforce building policies to ensure a secure environment. Respond promptly to guest concerns, assist with ADA-accessible seating, and verify identification for alcohol purchases. Be knowledgeable about emergency evacuation plans to safely assist guests during incidents. Work most home basketball games with weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- You must be able to maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations
- Flexible schedule: Availability to work most home basketball games; weekend availability is needed
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
