Job Summary
Seeking a Guest Services Director to ensure the needs of residents are met through various customer-focused tasks. Responsibilities include collaborating with admissions and nursing staff, documenting care, communicating resident needs, participating in activities, and completing tasks as requested by the Administrator or Director of Nursing. Requires ability to work independently or in a team, prior customer service experience, and computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or part of a group
- Computer knowledge
- One year experience in a customer service position
- Experience in working with vulnerable adult population or equivalent
- Must have High school Diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background test.
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized training or experience in geriatric care or gerontology is desirable.
