Job Summary
Guest Services Coordinator serves as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathetic to patients and families, and proactively manages concerns while promoting teamwork, relationship building, and a positive patient care atmosphere. Requires 3–5 years of customer service experience, English communication, and a High School graduate or equivalent; preferred college experience. The role involves traveling among hospital sites, coordinating visitor services, and maintaining an organized, patient-focused environment. Location: Cherry Hill, NJ. Schedule: Sunday to Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Willingness to travel among hospital sites
- Personable, friendly, organized, able to multitask and be flexible
