Job Summary
Guest Services Coordinator responsible for greeting guests and residents, performing front desk and general administrative duties, handling reservations and move-ins/move-outs, managing petty cash and Yardi-based transactions, preparing communications and marketing materials, coordinating events, assisting with sales prospect referrals, processing invoices and payments, maintaining records, and delivering strong customer service in a resort setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 years in administrative experience (Required)
- 6 months in property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred)
- 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, data entry)
- Valid driver's license (Required)
