Job Summary
Host dinner parties and champagne receptions while supporting residents and guests across all hospitality areas to create personalized moments. Manage front-of-house operations by promoting good working practices, ensuring safe reporting procedures for accidents, and maintaining confidentiality. Apply strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to uphold exceptional care standards. Work 40 hours per week at £13.05 per hour on weekdays and £13.30 per hour on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- outstanding time management, problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and confidence communicating with people at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality when required
- A strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach
- Strong judgement and decision-making ability
