Job Summary

Guest Services Coordinator handles routine office work and administrative responsibilities at Sun Outdoors RV resort, collaborating with the RV Resort Manager and team. Responsibilities include greeting guests and residents, handling inquiries and feedback, managing petty cash and financial records in Yardi, performing general admin duties (phone, typing, photocopying, filing), processing payments and move-ins/outs, preparing communications and marketing materials, coordinating guest/resident events, assisting with reservations, inventory checks, and assisting with prospect follow-ups and approvals. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of administrative experience; hospitality/front-desk experience and property management/reservation system exposure are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, customer service, and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years administrative experience
  • 6 months in property management/reservation systems (Preferred)
  • 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)
  • Valid driver's license
