Job Summary
Greet guests, check guests in and out for reservations, field resort comments and complaints to the Resort Manager, perform general administrative duties (phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing), prepare and distribute resort communications, maintain resort records and files, assist with preparing marketing materials, manage office supplies, and support guest services within a resort office setting. Flexible scheduling may be required.
