Job Summary
Guest Services Concierge at Messiah Lifeways provides a warm, welcoming first impression for visitors, residents, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the telephone system, directing calls, monitoring building access, assisting with sign-in procedures, guiding guests to services, handling mailroom tasks, updating directories and documents, supporting administrative tasks, responding to alarms, and coordinating with other Concierge team members to create a positive experience. Key skills include exceptional hospitality, strong customer service and communication abilities, ability to multitask in a busy environment, confidentiality, basic computer proficiency, and a genuine enjoyment of supporting older adults within a mission-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist training or similar experience
- Computer proficiency
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions
